At least three of the 70 speakers at the party's national convention are from Michigan, according to Trump's campaign list. Rona McDaniel will speak at the Michigan conference on August 24, Richard Grenell, former acting director of the National Intelligence Agency, and Ben Carson, the US Housing and Urban Development Secretary, will address the conference on August 27.
