Allah's three pieces of advice for people

Allah's three pieces of advice for people.

Aksam bin Saifi was the chief of the tribe of Banu Tamim. He was unmatched in experience, knowledge, dignity, and foresight. He wished to appear in his service after learning that the Prophet (PBUH) had declared prophethood. The tribe's people heard this and suggested that you are a man of great honor.

It would not be right for you to appear there in person now. It was decided by consultation that some people of the tribe would first go to the Prophet (PBUH) and inquire, and then go to their chieftain. Two persons were deputed to make this mission a success.

Appearing at the service of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), they began to inquire about various matters.

He wanted to know about the identity of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his mission-vision. They asked, who are you? What is your rank? In response to the first question, Rasulullah (SAW) said, I am Muhammad, son of Abdullah. And in response to the second question, he said, I am the servant of Allah and His Messenger. He then recited to them a verse, which means: 'Allah commands justice, good behavior, and giving to relatives and He forbids shamelessness, disobedience, and disobedience.

He advises you so that you remember.' (Surah: Nahl, verse: 90)

Hearing this verse, the delegates were fascinated. They expressed interest in hearing the verse again. The Prophet (PBUH) began reciting the verse over and over again and they memorized it after hearing it. On their return, they submitted their report to the patriarch Aksam bin Saifi.

They said, we can learn about the family and tribe of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), he is a man of noble high lineage. And he recited this verse to describe the education and initiation that he is giving to people. After hearing the verse, Aksam bin Saifi commented in front of the people of the tribe and said, I believe that this Prophet initiates people to acquire good character and refrain from evil deeds. So be the pioneers in believing in Him, do not lag behind. (Tafseer Ibn Kasir, page 751)
The verse mentioned in this incident is a verse of universal advice in the Holy Qur'an. In which all the rules of Islam and justice and injustice are discussed in brief. Uthman bin Majun (R.A.) said, I first accepted Islam by blindfolding. But when this verse was revealed, the truth of Islam was embedded in the heart.
(Tafseer Qurtabi: 10/15)

It is stated in the Holy Qur'an that 'Allah enjoins justice, good conduct and giving to relatives, and He forbids shamelessness, disobedience, and disobedience. He advises you so that you remember.' (Surah: Nahl, verse: 90)

The famous Tafsirker Allama Muhamami (RA) writes in the explanation of the said verse, that Allah Ta'ala has mainly commanded three things here:

A. 'Adal' i.e. middle way

b. 'Ihsan' i.e. devoted worship

c. Charity among relatives, is the stepping stone of good character.

He then discusses the three repulsive natures opposite to these three attainable qualities, so that people can purify themselves from these inferior natures.

A. 'Insolence', which is the complete opposite of mediocrity. Because it is impudence and shamelessness to resort to extremism while fulfilling the desire of Kama-Repura.

b. 'Sin', which is the opposite of Ihsan or good deeds. Good deeds bring nearness to Allah and increase acceptance among people, on the other hand, due to sin, distance is created with Allah Ta'ala and loss of acceptance in people's society.

c. 'Abomination, which is the very opposite of good character. This includes all forms of oppression, exploitation, and coercion. (Tafseer Muhaymi 1/417)

Imam Razi (R.A.) explained the verse, Allah Ta'ala has placed three powers in man, which must be controlled.

A. Unbridled power of Kama Ripur-like quadrupeds.

b. Aggression is like predatory animals, which are always trying to prey on other animals.

c. A power of disobedience, like Satan, that incites people to arrogance and sinfulness.

This verse instructs us to control the three mentioned forces. Forbidden from 'obscenity' to control Kam Ripu. So that people can save themselves from all kinds of evil practices against Shariat. Abandonment of all 'sinful acts' is ordered to prevent violence. So people avoid all such rituals, which are painful for others. And to avoid a satanic attitude it is said to avoid 'Khodahorita'. So that people stay away from wrongdoing and oppression. (Razi in Tafsir: 10/107)

It is evident from the mentioned verse that Allah wishes that people should not misuse the abilities and talents that Allah has bestowed upon them. This is the teaching of Islam that the limits of the rules that Allah has given for the success of mankind should not be violated. All possible aspects of welfare and ill-health of mankind have been briefly discussed in it. So Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz (R.A.) sent decrees throughout the country during his caliphate, so this verse was recited in the Friday sermon. It has been implemented since that day.

Muslims all over the world have the opportunity to hear this verse in the Friday sermon, which is basically a universal sermon from Almighty Allah. Every Muslim must examine his life in the mirror of this advice. So when the honorable Khatib of Juma recites the verse, we must understand its meaning and develop self-awareness. According to the instructions described in it, how much my personal life has been prepared, how much I have been able to practice, and what errors remain, to calculate.
