Educational Requirements:

• A Master's degree in any field
• Must have secured a minimum of four 1st divisions/classes in all academic examinations, with no 3rd divisions/classes.

Compensation Package: The selected Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) will undergo a probationary period lasting one year, during which they will receive a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 70,000/-. Upon successful completion of the probation period, MTOs will be absorbed into the role of a 'Senior Officer' within the bank, with a competitive pay scale of Tk. 34,300-INC-1,000x59-93,300 and various other benefits. This translates to a total initial monthly emolument of Tk 80,815/-.
