Accomplish department objectives with appropriate planning and execution;
Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards;
Establish strategic goals by aggregating stakeholder requirements;
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and service standards to the stakeholders;
Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are followed and executed;
Keep up to date with BRAC Bank's policy and relevant circulars from Bangladesh Bank.

Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled and capability to meet deadlines.
