PRAN Group

Job Description / Responsibility

• To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study.
• Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
• Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
• Operators' skill test (both current and new) Train up and guide juniors
• Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
• Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
• Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine
• Overtime & loss time report prepared.
• Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
• To monitoring All IE & Planning activities.
• Ensure breakdown and layout.
• Conduct 5'S Audit & campaign.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

Job Requirements
